Unable to build on Apple Silicon

I'm trying to build the app on my M1 Pro machine and running into this build error. I also get the same error when trying to build PrivateKits directly.

I also tried to build the app using My Mac (Rosetta) but ran into the same error.

Machine: M1 Pro
OS: macOS Sonoma
Xcode Version: 15.0.1

Building for 'macOS', but linking in dylib (/Users/username/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/Samra-dzpjnnldydsbifdtkhdhydivsule/SourcePackages/checkouts/PrivateKits/Sources/CFrameworks/CoreUI/CoreUI.tbd) built for 'iOS-simulator'

I'm not really sure what's going on so if I can be helpful debugging anywhere please let me know.
