Maybe making lcfetch multi-threaded can help with performance for hard tasks like getting the installed packages. Runtime speed without packages field is an average of 1ms and with it, it increases to 15ms for me (maybe because dnf is slow? No idea tbh), still good but maybe we can improve it later
