RTX 5090 (sm_120) not supported - PyTorch cu126 incompatible with Blackwell architecture

Hello,
I have an NVIDIA Geforce RTX 5090 with CUDA 12.9, and the pytorch version installed with complexa isn't compatible. Trying to fix this through using the Docker install, I tried changing the torch install in dockerfile and build_uv_env.sh to a nightly more recent version, but it gets overwritten. Before going further, I was wondering if you have a recommended way to run Complexa on Blackwell GPUs? Is there a nightly-compatible configuration, or are there known dependency conflicts that would prevent this from working? Any guidance would be appreciated.

UPDATE:
Got it to work, I ended up going on and overriding the overrides, changing to nightly pytorch everywhere i could:
/Proteina-Complexa/configs/search_binder_local_pipeline.yaml
/Proteina-Complexa/env/build_uv_env.sh
/Proteina-Complexa/env/docker/Dockerfile
And also re-installing torch-scatter in the container. Test run with only generation seems to work, i haven't encountered any dependency problems yet.
