pkg_resources deprecated

Hi there, pkg_resources has been completely removed since setuptools=82.0.0
(https://setuptools.pypa.io/en/latest/deprecated/pkg_resources.html). It will cause an import error for newer environments.

I was using cuik-molmaker for Chemprop models (python=3.11.15, Chemprop=2.2.2). For this application, we can downgrade setuptools via pip install setuptools==81.0.0 and it works fine. Maybe migrate away from pkg_resources or at least pin the version for setuptools?
