Hermes sandbox: Cross-user bot messaging

I tried creating an Hermes based sandbox as I have a few regression bugs to be fixed from Nemoclaw with OpencClaw. Everything is okay, but I have few question regarding the workflow:

The bot is an assistant for two people. Both manage to talk to the bot and are within the allowed list. We can individually talk to the bot. The bot can send a message to the other person by using the Telegram API. But I did not manage for the bot to collect that answer and send it back to me. How these things are usually addressed?
