Add support for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

Currently, DeepOps deployment scripts and Ansible playbooks primarily target older LTS releases like Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04. However, with the release of the new NVIDIA Blackwell GPU architecture, the recommended OS is now Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. Please add official support for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS as a target OS for deployment.

As you can read here: #1313 DeepOps is no longer supported by the Nvidia team. They focus (for two years) on the BCM product.
