Rebuild containers for workshop

We might want to rebuild the workflows and containers for the workshop.

Parameter pre-fill is depending on parameter values on build time. So, current containers will have parameters pre-filled which are likely unnecessary and potentially confusing for the students.

I suggest rebuilding the containers
Some things we want to look at. Potentially update this list as we go on

1. No parameter pre-fill on build
2. Ensure that the prefix configuration in cells matches the expectations of workshop prefixes
   • naa-vre-user-data/ravl-tutorial/ = root prefix -> then user prefix -> then FTYPE/CO/RAD/%Y/%m/%d/files.h5.

Additionally, optionally

1. Parameter interval -> configuration
2. Parameter minio endpoint -> configuration
3. Parameter API key (in case of shared API key) -> configuration

We need to do this in any case - as the previously built containers were on naavre.dev and not staging. I had a chat with Gabriel Pelouze and I heard that there will be some specifics involved with containers and workshops.

I'll wait until @KoenGreuell is back such that we can avoid double work.
