Scenario as Action/Scenario inside Scenario #788

Describe the feature
I have several Scenarios consisting of several Actions that I would like to be able to reuse inside of other scenarios as an action. This would make it easier to create new Scenarios that contain existing workflows without having to manually configure all the same Actions again.
Describe the usage
For example if there is a way to enter a shop in a game and I have several Scenarios that enter the shop at certain points, it would be easier to just add the "enter shop" Scenario that I have already defined myself as an action in a new Scenario. Maybe this is already possible and I have just not found out how but if not I would love this as a feature.
