Just a reminder. When we update to OpenStudio 3.11, there is a [new method](https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/pull/5470) that will allow us to replace [all of this](https://github.com/NREL/resstock/blob/9342b9f20fde2adfb79aaad6b7e8539e9ead8886/measures/ResStockArgumentsPostHPXML/measure.rb#L39-L63).
