!suggested games would be on the spreadsheet, but the author should be like "suggested by @name"

and then !next suggested and !next suggested name
also somehow going to specific game, maybe referring to it by number in the queue like !next #3

Games should not go in the default queue of regularly submitted games

also color differently in the spreadsheet I guess
