This proposal is to replace the the traditional Python package management suite of tools with uv. This is a modern Python package manager boasting faster performance and a set of project management commands to help manage installation and virtual environments.
Motivation
uv is a modern package manager that will help us manage dependencies and simplify the Python configuration management.
