Bug fix: Allow soma.py to read in large consensus neurons in Mouselight data

Attempting to use load_neuron on the large consensus neurons results in NoneType "invalid soma points" error when trying to identify the soma. Function works correctly for smaller fragments. Allowing full neurons to be read in allows other functions to be run on the neuron object.
