Patches included: Number of layout issues with labels in dialogs. 'releasenotes', modeledit.ui' and 'mixerdialog.ui'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the program under linux mint 'olivia', 64-bit
2. The 'releasenotes' dialog (reviewOutput.ui) 
3. using  'modeleditor' dialogs and 'mixerdialog' editors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The issues are with hardly readable labels, ending up being half cut-off due to 
space limitations.
A list of issues fixed:
- Release notes dialog
-- 'Don't show Again' label too small

- Model Editor
-- Switches Tab
--- 'Telemetry Value' cut off
--- Fixed by wordwrap, set horizontal centering for all labels
-- FrSky Tab
--- 'Telemtry COM port' cut off
--- Fixed: increased minimum width

- Mixer editor dialog
-- 'Late offset' label cut off
-- 'Include Trim' label cut off
-- 'Flightmode Trim' label cut off
-- 'GVAR' labels cut off
-- 'Comment' label misplaced
-- Fixed: moved buttons/etc around, increased 'GVAR' label widths



What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eepskye r402 on Linux Mint 'Olivia', 64-bit
