As the platform grows, course and lesson listings must remain performant and scalable.

This issue should be implemented inside the courses and lessons modules.

What the contributor should solve:

• Add pagination to the course listing endpoint

• Add pagination to the lesson listing endpoint

• Allow configurable page size within safe limits

Expected outcome:

• Listings return paginated responses

• Large datasets do not degrade performance
