Pronunciation source and highlighting a word or phrase being spoken at the moment

I found your addon the other day and want to thank you so much - it is awesome!
I have two questions:

1. Is there any way to add Google's (female) voice as the source of the word's pronunciation?
2. Could it be possible to highlight a word or phrase being spoken at the moment in the video, as it is done in the Yandex browser with their "Translate video" function?
