I have some suggestions please :
the dream please is add specefic tts reader for french language because recently, my main laptop broke down and I went back to my old little eee pc which has a small screen and I watch vostfr anime and it's hard to read them subtitle and unfortunately I don't understand spoken English very well and the dream is to have french dubbing video voiceover tts reader speaker that use french language please :)
i find recently great open source extension that can use natural voices (not robotic) from Yandex and beautiful voices can help to better learn languages easily and comfortably and also useful for visually impaired viewers because we have voice overs from subtitles audio track with dubbed voice convert video into translated audio with natural voices of famous Yandex company,
unfortunately Yandex disbale in the API for the moment tts for french but the ability to translate the video with the Yandex neural network based on AI and the use of tts for english is available and maybe can help those who master English to learn other languages and it will be great please to get inspiration from this open source extension Voice-over-translation based on yandex services to add voices over translation with beautiful natural voices of Yandex :
