Keyboard Shortcuts for changing subtitle delay

There's a lot of youtube videos where the uploaded subtitles have the wrong timing. It'd be really nice to be able to have a keyboard shortcut for changing the subtitle delay (adding or removing one second of delay) instead of having to click the button in the UI a bunch of times.

These keyboard shortcuts should work in both Firefox and Chrome.
