Nix-shell takes huge lot of time to open

Describe the bug

I am using nix for my application where I am using channel 2405 and couple of other channels.

When I use nix- shell to open shell , it takes actually more than 2 mins which I feel is should be improved.

Is there any tool I can use to figure out what exactly happening while running nix-shell and how to fix ?

My shell.nix is having multiple packages from multiple channels

Expected behavior

Nix-shell should not take more time
I am get system calls but how to identify the code responsible for that.
