Since ndm seems to be almost abandoned and having some other simpler alternatives as node-autostart, add a simple cli tool to add and remove entries in the /etc/PalmTree.json file to don't need to edit it by hand.

That is definitely doable. Where would this cli go? I can write this now as I have a little time on my hands.

@piranna is there a specific package you'd like me to use to write the cli? If not I'll go raw and use no packages.

So far only root user is using that, not sure if PalmTree would make sense for regular users... :-/ minimist would be a good package is you find the no-packages route is too complicated.
