[Maintenance] - BOM Inline Editing

Description

Currently to update a BOM entry, users have to open the editing menu on a new page, even when making a small change like updating status. We want to update the BOM table to have inline editing for all text fields, and a dropdown for updating status.

Acceptance Criteria

• Clicking on a row's status shows a dropdown
• Dropdown changes status value
• All text fields are editable inline (type, name, manufacturer, PN, file name, quantity, price/unit, subtotal)
