As a new member, I want to see onboarding-specific FAQs on the dashboard so I can get answers to common questions if I’m too scared to ask
Acceptance Criteria
- Dashboard displays only FAQs tagged for new member dashboard
- FAQs are expandable to show answers (already exists)
- If no FAQs configured, show empty state
Proposed Solution
Update existing FAQ get to accept optional dashboard query param to filter results. Can keep existing FAQ accordion component and just pass appropriate dashboard field.
