What is the issue?
When the game crashes, the list of mods the Crash Assistant expects from the modpack is outdated.
To Reproduce
1: Make sure that the modpack isn't modified.
2: Crash the game. This can be easily done by loading into a world and holding down F3 and C for 10 seconds.
3: Wait for Crash Assistant to pop up.
4: Read the list of added, removed, and updated mods. The screenshots below were taken on the latest Re-Console version just after installing it as a new instance through Prism launcher.
