[Issue]: Opening "More Options" screen resets all gamerules for that world

What is the issue?

When you open the "More Options" section of the world settings, all of that world's gamerules get reset to their default values.

To Reproduce

1. Create/Open a world.
2. Change one or more gamerules through the Host Options screen.
3. Open the Game Options tab of the More Options screen after setting the gamerule in-game. You will see that all the gamerules have been reset to their default values. This does not apply to Host Privileges, as it is not a gamerule.
