[BUG] becoming deadite doesn't happen

After dying to an arterial bleed after falling asleep on a bed, it took 20 minutes for my body to rot, and then at the 30 minute mark my body was gibbed. Never did my body turn deadite like it should have to my knowledge.

Steps to Reproduce: Get an arterial bleed to the head, fall into the dying state on a bed, and close your eyes to recreate what I had done that round when this occured.
