[WINE][UI Expansion] Loading saves is broken

Attached is MWSE.log, MWSE_MiniDump.dmp and a problematic savefile for good measure(10000.ess).

• Legit latest GOG version of the game (setup_tes_morrowind_goty_2.0.0.7.exe)
• MWSE nightly 2020-04-11
• MO 2.4.1
• Wine-staging 6.5
• Happens both with MCP(19510 on nexus) and MCP Skunk Works(26348)
• MGE XE
• UI Expansion 1.2

The issues are two -

• Loading a savefile straight from the main menu results in this screen and instant crash:
  

• Starting a new game and then loading a savefile just does not work, there's no 'are you sure you want to load over this game' prompt and I get returned back to the game without a crash.

Workaround is to edit MWSE/config/UI Expansion.json and set "saveLoad":false, which disables the fancy loading menus.

This is pretty much confirmed to be a WINE issue as copying my MO2 and Morrowind folders over to a Windows install works okay.
