Excel: Use VBA for conditional formatting and flagging #62

All of the conditional formatting (like what is used to highlight invalid terms) could be re-implemented in VBA instead of using the conditional formatting menus to format cells and ranges. This might make it slightly easier to maintain all the formatting across the worksheets both within a workbook and between different workbooks.
