Demonstrate, Test, Evaluate, and Assess OWS Lib CSAPI implementation

Per the closure of these issues, geopython/OWSLib#1011 and geopython/OWSLib#1013, following the merge of these pull requests, geopython/OWSLib#1019 and geopython/OWSLib#1021, the maintainers of the OWS Lib Repo consider the initial implementation of the OGC API - Connected Systems Parts 1 & 2 completed, up-to-date, passing relevant tests, working as intended, and conformant to the spec.

The purpose of this issue is to demonstrate, test, evaluate, and assess the OGC CSAPI reference implementation of the OWS Lib software.
