Passenger and Interactive Apps Community Page

A discourse came in asking about community apps for OOD:

I noticed the flow of the user is what I'd expect many to do, check github, then hopefully the docs, and lastly post to discourse about community apps.

This is to propose we create one or two repos with the same information you can see in the docs under "Install Other Interactive Apps" to anticipate that workflow:

Likely markdown file with a table that is similar to the link above.

This might give a boost to people using the passenger apps as well because we do not currently have any type of community posting for those apps or section in the docs that I can find. So having this might encourage more sharing and development around that usage of OOD.
