Doesn't boot after installing 24h2 using osdcloud

I am using OSDCloud in a task sequence to reimage a device to Windows 11 24H2. The task sequence calls OSDCloud to install 24H2 and drivers during WinPE. Once the device is restarted at the end of the task sequence, it is unable to boot. If I disable Secure Boot, the device boots into Windows 11. After that, even with Secure Boot re-enabled, it continues to boot successfully. I just need Secure Boot to be disabled on the first boot.
