This document uses outdated packages and it is rather hard to build without investing quite a lot on manual fixing.

  • Need to update header to the newer version, since the current one is broken becase of scrpage2
  • Changing the above causes quite a few other compilation errors

Hence: better to get rid of the header / rewrite the whole thing
