Filter enhancements

Made a list with all my filter enhancements instead of separate issues. :D

• I think the Clear All tab can be black and green on rollover. Currently it's pink with green rollover
• Remove the line-through on rollover when an item has been selected
• Maybe have Outside NYC in the other column to align to the other filer lists
• layout filters according to spec (see issue Filter layout #14)
• Some of the shorter tabs make the first project 100%, while the longer lists make the first project transparent. I understand its to do with the point where the first project meets the point on the browser. But maybe the solution is to always have the first project 100% regardless.

Remove the line-through on rollover when an item has been selected

Are you sure?? I really feel like there needs to be a visual cue that clicking a selected item will deselect or remove it. I felt the line-thru style had some relationship to the brand as well.

As I mentioned to Travis earlier in issue #14 , it's tough to layout the filters in a non-systematic way because they're being loaded in a bulk list. It increases the risk that if filters are added/removed down the road, the layout will break.
