Feature Description

Greetings! Are you planning to add a feature to save a user's files in
a subfolder with his name?

For example, if I save files in a dialog with John Doe, then the files
will be saved in the Downloads/Telegram/John_Doe folder
(the folder is created automatically)

Other way is use TelegramID.
For example, you can specify a template in the file name:
[Date-Time]_[Telegram-ID-Number].[extension]

There was such a function in the bgram application, but bgram is no
longer updated
