UT2004 in program files

I've seen some user getting errors using UT2004 in program files,
where the solution is to run as administrator or move the UT2004 installation to another location.

Is it possible to add a check whether ut2004 is being installed in program files or maybe to possibility to use
%localappdata%\VirtualStore or %appdata% for the config files.

Please do not put the ini files in Appdata. The correct location is the user's Saved Games folder. User save/settings data should be easy to find and manage.

Windows should be using VirtualStore automatically if it cannot use the location in one of the Program Files folders.
