Summary

Hello, I'm having an issue where approximately half of my user auto-approved requests from Ombi are not being added to Radarr. These missing requests don't appear in the "Failed Requests" section of the GUI. I'm seeing many SQLite-related errors in my logs. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? (I prefer not to migrate to MySQL.)

Ombi Version

4.47.1

What platform(s) does this occur on?

Docker

What database are you using?

SQLite (Default)

I have a similar issue, sometimes requests made in a row, from the same user, not all movies will be added to Radarr.
But, when it appears on Ombi, I have to manually go into the Processing Request and Approve it, when it’s supposed to be auto-approved

I'm trying to go through the process of switching from SQLite to MySQL, to see if it was going to fix the problem.

How did you end up resolving this issue?

I switched to Overseerr. So far, so good.

Mmm, I can’t use it because it doesn’t have a ‘Per User Location Folder’ setting.
