Let us upload files / images to a "repository" on our project that we can reference in customer status page configurations.

This will allow us to use standard images in status page headers, for example, rather than having to a copy of the image to each status page.

I'm thinking each artifact uploaded to the project would have an HTTPS address we could simply reference in the markdown fields from other areas.
