Support non IOP metadata

It would be great if aliases could be assigned to the objects (like in the Jetter's Iso Designer).
Some additional metadata like comments would be also welcome.
As these fields cannot be saved into the exported IOP files it would be useful if this could be saved/loaded to a separate file.

Well being compatible with the Jetter IsoDesigner/Anedo MaskMaker (later is just a badge engineered version of the former) JVI XML format would be great, but this is just a kind of joke.

What if you just used a .h file? That way it could be directly used in projects (at least the C++ one)? Something like this:
