Show and use examples

Related to radiantearth/stac-spec#992: It should be possible to open examples scripts in the Editor (JSON / Model Builder) from Collections, Processes etc.

Links with rel type example could be picked up from processes, collection, and even top-level capabilities. @aljacob

Will only implement if a back-end will actually also implement this. Currently, there's no back-end supporting this and thus no implementation in the Web Editor is planned (except for Processes).

We may also want to add this rel types to the API documentation once something has settled in STAC.
