Rename "Batch Jobs" panel #214

The panel contains two buttons: "Create" and "Run now". Only the first actually relates to batch jobs. The second relates to synchronous jobs. Therefore we could rename the panel to something like "Execute" and the buttons to "Create batch job (async)" and "Run now (sync)".
