can we just write some brief instructions for attaching the current backend to firebase? poc is @stellawang196

To attach the current backend to Firebase it appears that this block of code (Line 8-16) needs to be changed based on the Firebase config for FinRL
https://github.com/FinRL-Contest/icaif-nutc/blob/d7d50a860633113234f8de5137f5f4b16f63d5a4/web/app/firebase/config.tsx#L8C1-L8C6

This config can be found while making a new Firebase app
