Add new doc that explains both ways to stream data (networking)

Want to explain both ways that someone could stream data from Cyton/Daisy/Ganglion:

1. HW → GUI → Networking Widget → Programming Language
2. HW → BrainFlow → Programming Language

For 1, there is some documentation here, which could be updated to include more screenshots, especially for UDP to show the default ports and explain how to set them up and connect properly. The link to the networking scripts can also be more visible and un-nested from LSL.

For 2, seems like some of this information is nested in the compatible third party software, but might be useful to have a more general doc to get started with. Would be nice to have a copy + pasteable script ready for cyton, ganglion, etc.
