OpenPrism utilizes the local LaTeX system for compilation. Therefore, we recommend:
- For tectonic, provide the compilation method using
tectonic -X watch. If using other compilation methods, add a real-time compilation option in the settings.
- The current “Hide Sidebar/Show Sidebar” function only affects the left sidebar. Could you add a feature to show/hide the right-side PDF preview window? This would enable a right-side preview window. When editing or modifying .tex files, the right-side preview window could update PDF content in real-time without recompilation (e.g., using BaKoMa TeX Word).
- The auto-save interval should also be configurable.
