Description:
Some adaptors in the OpenFn repository reference old service names that have since been rebranded. To maintain clarity and accuracy, we should update these adaptors to reflect the correct company names.

Examples:

Suggested Updates:

  1. Update adaptor names where applicable (e.g., openfn/beyonicopenfn/onafriq).
  2. Update references within adaptor documentation and descriptions.
  3. Ensure any API URLs or references are still valid.

Would appreciate input on whether we should alias old names for backward compatibility or fully replace them.

No need to alias adaptor names

Deprecate the old versions (ie, beyonic, which needs deprecating anyway I think), then release the new versions.

Existing workflows on the deprecated adaptors will continue to work fine.

I don't think we should do the update unless we're willing to spend time modernising the API. I don't think we should do this just for fun, there ought to be a reason.
