To evaluate the quality of retrieved documents in docsite search, collect a test dataset of real user questions from the AI assistant

These should be real user questions, but curated to pick ones that don’t require extensive context. Use LLMs to help collection.
Aim to leave some for an “unseen test set” we don’t directly develop towards and overanalyse.
There may not be enough suitable questions initially in the database. This dataset should be iterated periodically.
