Add Jest Testing Framework for Unit and Integration Tests

The WorkLog Chrome extension currently lacks a testing framework, which is essential for ensuring code quality and reliability. This issue aims to integrate Jest as a testing framework to create unit and integration tests for the existing time calculation sheet screen and future components, using React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Chrome Extension Manifest V3 compatibility.
