It has a make file. Make sure to include the all the dependencies. Get them from the arch repos.

You can probably grab the latest binary built by build system. You probably need an update script that periodically gets the latest binary from https://github.com/CatalystDevOrg/Catalyst5/releases/latest/download/catalyst-browser.zip

I'll probably just make new releases that update it, and include an updater in the distro.
