Most deliberation platforms (principally Polis) incorporate some kind of voting mechanism for comments. It's unrealistic and counter-productive to expect participants to voice their agreement or disagreement via a text response. Additionally, it's very important that experiments approximate standard Internet functionality.
Our internal demos highlighted the lack of such a mechanism. Would it be possible to add a like/dislike button on participant comments in the Group Chat stage?
