Description

Add functions to download Cal-Adapt LOCA downscaled CMIP5 raster data.

Proposed Changes

  • add download_caladapt_loca functions that can take sf, sfc, or SpatVector objects
  • use caladaptr package to download raster files

Additional Context

@athaulrehman0304 thanks for your interest- I've got a PR open for this and I think it is close. Take a look here, and let me know what you think. See if the function and tests work on your computer, and then we can follow up with next steps. #3446!
