Right now, enabling Lotman requires hand configuring the Cache.FilesXXXSize parameters.
It should be easy enough to automate this if they can accept percentage values similar to the way Cache.HighWaterMark and Cache.LowWaterMark work.
Once that's done, Lotman should be happy to start without any custom configuration other than Cache.EnableLotman, which may become the default in the future.
