[ Story ] make scripts change permanent

Hi, right now you can add some scripts and they are executed from the startup.sh, which works fine 👍

I wonder, how can we make the change of those scripts permanent. ( incorporated in the image )
I don't want them to be re-ran each time i instantiate a new container.
( this translates to smaller startup time )

To start database, it needs to run these commands in startup.sh.
The only command we can persist in image and delete which is part of the web console port.
The last part, database init will run only if we volume the personnalized sql in container at path /entrypoint-initdb.d/, if not, it will pass directely.

So at least, it needs to start tnslsnr and database.
