double check that comments and revisionDesc didn't get lost

At some point we need to a pass through the new epidoc texts in the GitHub canonical repos to compare against the source P4 versions to be sure the comments and revisionDescriptions didn't get lost.

At a minimum we want to check the files in #149 but as the processes for creating epidoc editions up until now have been a bit loose we might want to have a general way to run this check against the full repos.
